Naresh Dayal, Secretary (Health & Family Welfare), Ministry of Health and Family
Welfare and Shri V. C. Sharma, Chairman and Managing Director, HSCC signed MOU in presence
of the Board of Director’s of HSCC Shri. Raghubir Singh, Additional Secretary & FA, Smt. Bhavani
Thyagarajan, Joint Secretary and Dr. S. N. Pal, Director (Engg.), HSCC on 22.03.2007
fixing the performance parameters for the company for the year 2007-2008.
HSCC
is a premier consultancy organisation providing Design & Engineering and Project
Management Consultancy in Healthcare Sector. HSCC is a Mini-Ratna company, involved
in providing turnkey consultancy services in health, social and environmental areas. HSCC s presently implementing more than 26 large
projects in India
and abroad.
HSCC
is also one of the few PSUs which been continuously been profitable since last 21 years.
MOU with C-DAC, Noida

| HSCC
is entering into a Strategic Alliance with Centre for Development of Advanced Computing
(C-DAC) for providing consultancy and Development/Implementation of Integrated Hospital
Information Management Systems for intending clients. For this purpose a memorandum of
understanding has been recently signed between the two organizations. Besides looking for
such projects jointly, the two organizations will examine the feasibility of setting up
Application Service Provider facilities for use by those clients who can not afford their
own set-ups. The
organizations will also work towards incorporation of the latest technologies in the
Hospital Information Services.

Manpower Corporation Limited, a Government of Tamilnadu undertaking for Technical
Assistance for deputation / export of Medical / Paramedical / Engineers / Finance Manpower
from India to Overseas market, Shri P.R. Bindhumadhavan, IAS Chairman & Managing
Director of OMCL, Shri V C Sharma, Chairman & Managing Director, Dr. S N Pal,
